A Low Glare 9W Tiltable LED Downlight (Spotlight).  The Pro AG2 range of LED light fixtures are a modern, flexible product range suitable for many applications. They provide a CRI >85 which enables them to render a more natural colour, providing better clarity for products, textiles and surfaces. Natural white (4000K) colour temperature, perfect for many commercial environments including restaurants,  retail and hotel. Easy to install.

The Smart aluminium housing is finished in a modern Matt White Colour.

• Fittings with emergency packs take approx 1-2 weeks as they are assembled to order.
• We do not refund order postage charges on returned goods.

*Excess length Charge is £12 for fittings between 1.2m and 1.99m in length

** Excess Length Charge is £34.80 for fittings of 2m or more in length

Export Delivery Trade Terms

All our orders outside the UK are delivered DAP (Delivered at Place) Terms unless with prior agreement.

This means that you will be responsible for and DUTY and/or VAT payments that are applicable in your country.

Delivery Time

Nearly all orders are sent via courier, and a signature is required.

UK Standard or free delivery is about 3-5 days.

UK Express delivery is about 2-3 days

All European deliveries take 7-10 days.

Rest of world deliveries take around 7-10 days.

Backorders will be delivered as quickly as possible (Usually within 28 days) we will notify you by email of an expected delivery date.

Delivery times are approximate, please do not book and trades until you have a confirmed delivery date, or have taken delivery.  We do not accept liability for any missed delivery dates, direct or consequential.   As per our terms and conditions.

Returns

We have a 30 Day return policy, however the good must be unused , in their original packaging and as new.

There is a 10% restocking charge for returned items.

Custom made or made to order are not returnable, creditable or exchangeable.

We recommend using a tracked service for returns, please note we only pay return postage if the goods are proved faulty.
