13W Tama 50 Scoop

13W Tama 50 Scoop Downlight. These architectural downlights are the perfect fitting for retaining a minimal and clean ceiling. Supplied with the Osram Coin 50 and driver allowing us to offer a 5 year warranty. Customisable accessory options available which provides a flexible and elegant solution for most lighting needs.

Available in black or white finish. Can be complimented nicely with a baffle of either black, white or gold.

Also available is a Fire Rated Sleeve.

Three colour variations available:

• 2700K
• 3000K
• 4000K

Two beam angles available – 24 degrees and 40 degrees.

Mains Dimming as standard, DALI option available.

A honeycomb diffuser is also available.

Excess length charge is £15 for fittings between 1.2m and 1.99m in length

Excess length charge is £34.80 for fittings of 2m or more in length

* Next working day – Orders are processed Mon-Fri only and must be place by 1pm.  Orders placed on a Friday after 1pm will not be process until Monday and therefore delivered Tuesday.

 

IMPORTANT:

• Fittings with emergency packs take approx 1 week as they are assembled to order.
• We do not refund purchase postage charges on returned goods.

 

Export Delivery Trade Terms

All our orders outside the UK are delivered DAP (Delivered at Place) Terms unless with prior agreement.

This means that you will be responsible for and DUTY and/or VAT payments that are applicable in your country.

 

Delivery Time

Nearly all orders are sent via courier, and a signature is required.

UK Standard or free delivery is about 3-5 days.

UK Next Working Day is the next working day

All European deliveries take 2-4 days.

Rest of world deliveries take around 6-8 days.

Backorders will be delivered as quickly as possible (Usually within 28 days) we will notify you by email of an expected delivery date.

Delivery times are approximate, please do not book and trades until you have a confirmed delivery date, or have taken delivery.  We do not accept liability for any missed delivery dates, direct or consequential.   As per our terms and conditions.

Returns

We have a 30 Day return policy, however the good must be unused , in their original packaging and as new.

There is a 12% restocking charge for returned items.

Custom made or made to order are not returnable, creditable or exchangeable.

We recommend using a tracked service for returns, please note we only pay return postage if the goods are proved faulty.
