Terms and Conditions of Sale – SERA Technologies Ltd

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made on the website under the domain name (“the Website”). By placing an order for products through the Website, you enter into an agreement with SERA Technologies Ltd, whose registered address is The Old Granary, Hammonds Farm, Hammonds Lane, St Albans, AL4 9BG, United Kingdom, on the terms and conditions detailed below.

2. Availability, Prices, and Product Information

2.1 All products offered for sale by SERA Technologies are subject to availability. In the event that items are on Back Order (out of stock/available to order), we will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the contact details provided during your order to notify you of the expected delivery date. Please note that we accept no liability or recourse for missed delivery dates.

2.2 The price of the products shall be the price listed in UK pounds sterling on the website at the time of your order. All prices displayed on the Website are final and must be paid in full, including any associated delivery charges, except in cases where discounts are explicitly offered on the website. 

2.3 Please be aware that Product information is provided to the best of our knowledge but may be subject to change without prior notice.

3. Ordering

By placing an order through the Website, SERA Technologies will consider your order as an offer to purchase the products, subject to these terms and conditions of sale. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your order details, including any specific delivery instructions. If SERA Technologies accepts your offer, they will supply you, subject to availability, with the quantity and specification of products as outlined in your order. SERA Technologies will confirm each order online through the Website or via email, and such confirmation will constitute acceptance of the contract between the parties.

4. Delivery and Retention of Title

4.1 Products will be delivered to the address you specify on the Checkout page, in accordance with any specific delivery instructions you provide.

4.2 While the risk of damage to or loss of the products passes to you, the purchaser, upon leaving SERA Technologies’ premises, the title of the goods will not transfer until the entire purchase price, including the cost of transport, is paid in full.

4.3 Any delivery times quoted are approximate and shall not be considered of the essence. SERA Technologies shall not be held liable for any delays in the delivery of products, regardless of the cause.

4.4 SERA Technologies will confirm each order in writing by providing you with a printout (packing slip) of the order alongside your products.

4.5 Shipments outside the mainland UK may be subject to local taxes and/or duties, and it is the purchaser’s responsibility to make full payment of these in such cases.

5. Returns

5.1 If any of our products fail within 60 days, we will refund or exchange the item upon return of the original, provided they are not damaged during installation or through misuse. Please keep your invoice for this purpose. If you change your mind within 30 days, we are happy to refund the product as long as it is returned unused, in the condition as sold, with all original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories, without damage. You must contact us before returning an item.

A 12% restocking charge applies to returned products unless they are faulty. 

All items will be inspected and tested before a refund is issued. Return postage costs will not be refunded unless the products are proven to be faulty.

5.2 Please note that you may not cancel or change your order if it is a custom or bespoke order request that is not typically stocked by us, as indicated on our Website.

6. Warranty

6.1 Many of our products come with a one to five-year warranty. For full details of the warranty, please refer to our Warranty Policy, which can be accessed on our Website.

6.2 Warranty periods may vary by product, and you are encouraged to contact us to confirm if this information is not displayed on our Website.

6.3 For a warranty claim please email [email protected] providing your original order number and a description of the fault.  Items must be returned to us for repair or replacement, we do NOT carry out onsite repair under any circumstances. Please contact us prior to returning any item, items returned without contact with us first may not be processed for repair or replacement.

7. Personal Data

7.1 When you make a purchase on this Website, the personal information collected enables us to process and deliver your order. By registering your details on our Website, you consent to the recording, holding, and use of the personal data we collect about you. We will not sell your details but may share them with our marketing partners. We do not retain credit card details, as all such transactions are handled by Stripe. We are committed to complying with Data Protection legislation and ensuring the privacy of our customers’ information.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 SERA Technologies’ liability to you is limited to the price of the products purchased and the associated delivery costs. In particular, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, such as financial loss (e.g., loss of profit), resulting from a failure to comply with these terms and conditions of sale.

9. Payment by Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum & USDC)

9.1 It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that payments are sent to the correct address. SERA Technologies Ltd is not responsible for any lost or misrouted Coins/Tokens. Payments can be made directly or via the Coinbase gateway. Please exercise caution and use this payment method only if you are fully confident in your ability to complete it.

10. Payment using Mondu (Pay Later)

10.1 We have established a partnership with Mondu ( to provide a  ‘Buy Now, Pay Later’ option exclusively to our trade limited business customers only. 

Payment for such transactions is to be made directly to Mondu using the payment details provided on your invoice. If, for any reason, you do not have access to this invoice or the required payment information, please contact us at [email protected], and we will promptly provide you with a copy.
