Excess length charge is £35 for goods over 1.2m in length

* Next working day – Orders are processed Mon-Fri only and must be placed before 2pm. Orders placed on Friday after 2pm will not be processed until Monday and therefore delivered on Tuesday.

 

IMPORTANT:

  • Fittings with emergency packs take approx 1 week as they are assembled to order.
  • We do not refund purchase postage charges on returned goods.

 

Export Delivery Trade Terms

All our orders outside the UK are delivered DAP (Delivered at Place) Terms unless with prior agreement.

This means that you will be responsible for and DUTY and/or VAT payments that are applicable in your country.

 

Delivery Time

Nearly all orders are sent via courier, and a signature is required.

UK Standard or free delivery is about 3-5 days.

UK Next Working Day is the next working day

All European deliveries take 2-4 days.

Rest of world deliveries take around 6-8 days.

Backorders will be delivered as quickly as possible (Usually within 28 days) we will notify you by email of an expected delivery date.

Delivery times are approximate, please do not book and trades until you have a confirmed delivery date, or have taken delivery.  We do not accept liability for any missed delivery dates, direct or consequential.   As per our terms and conditions.

Returns

We have a 30 Day return policy, however the good must be unused , in their original packaging and as new.

There is a 12% restocking charge for returned items.

Custom made or made to order are not returnable, creditable or exchangeable.

We recommend using a tracked service for returns, please note we only pay return postage if the goods are proved faulty.
