• Where can I buy?

  Buying from Sera Lighting is designed to be straightforward and adaptable. Order online using a credit or debit card, PayPal, or cryptocurrency, or work with your preferred local or national wholesaler to source our products for you. From individual customers to contractors and large enterprises, we make sure there’s a convenient purchasing route for everyone.

• How long will my delivery take?

  Free delivery is available on UK orders over £500 (exclusions apply). UK standard delivery (3–5 working days) is charged at £9.00, or free on orders over £500. UK express delivery (2–3 working days) is £18.00, while next working day delivery is £24.00, or £30.00 for next working day AM delivery. Next working day services apply to orders placed Monday to Friday before 1pm; orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be processed on Monday for Tuesday delivery. European delivery is available with charges starting from £24.00 and delivery times of 3–5 working days, with exact costs shown at checkout. Excess length charges apply to longer fittings: £15 for items between 1.2m and 1.99m, and £34.80 for fittings measuring 2m or more.
