Excess length charge is £35 for goods over 1.2m in length

- Fittings with emergency packs take approx 1 week as they are assembled to order.

Export Delivery Trade Terms
All our orders outside the UK are delivered DAP (Delivered at Place) Terms unless with prior agreement.
This means that you will be responsible for and DUTY and/or VAT payments that are applicable in your country.
Delivery Time
Nearly all orders are sent via courier, and a signature is required.
UK Standard or free delivery is about 3-5 days.
UK Next Working Day is the next working day
All European deliveries take 2-4 days.
Rest of world deliveries take around 6-8 days.

Returns
We have a 30 Day return policy, however the good must be unused , in their original packaging and as new.
There is a 12% restocking charge for returned items.
Custom made or made to order are not returnable, creditable or exchangeable.

We recommend using a tracked service for returns, please note we only pay return postage if the goods are proved faulty.
