These G4 1.5w LED Dimmable Bulbs (12v) are the perfect replacement for traditional halogen bulbs.

Unlike many other G4 LEDs on the market, they are almost an identical size to a traditional halogen bulb at 9mm x 26mm (35mm including pins).

These LED dimmable bulbs are designed to work best when paired with a low load transformer.

FAQ’s

I purchased these G4 LED Bulbs and the all Flicker?   

The transformer your light fitting is using is designed for Halogen lamps.  As LED lamps use a lot less power, the energy consumption is outside the working range of the transformer (Below the minimum load).

You should consider changing it.  Example: 10 x 20W halogen (200w), 10 x LED G4 (15W).  Transformer working range is probably 50W -300W!

They don’t dim properly and flicker at low levels?       

Like the Transformer, dimmer switches have a working range. Usually something like 50W – 250W, therefore with LEDs the load is probably below the minimum working range .  You should change you dimmer switch to a load load LED dimmer.

These lamps may work perfectly with your fitting, however it maybe one of both of these causing the issue.

Export Delivery Trade Terms

All our orders outside the UK are delivered DAP (Delivered at Place) Terms unless with prior agreement.

This means that you will be responsible for and DUTY and/or VAT payments that are applicable in your country.

Delivery Time

Nearly all orders are sent via courier, and a signature is required.

UK Standard or free delivery is about 3-5 days.

UK Express delivery is about 2-3 days

All European deliveries take 7-10 days.

Rest of world deliveries take around 7-10 days.

Returns

We have a 30 Day return policy, however the good must be unused , in their original packaging and as new.

There is a 10% restocking charge for returned items.

Custom made or made to order are not returnable, creditable or exchangeable.
